1 c chopped broccoli
1/2 c chopped carrot
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 red bell pepper, diced (you can swap for green but I prefer the red)
1 garlic clove, minced
14.5 can chicken broth
2 c cooked chicken, diced
1 Tbs fresh basil, snipped
16 oz alfredo sauce
grated fresh parmesan cheese to garnish
Put veggies and garlic insauce pan,add broth; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 5 min,til veggies are crisp-tender.
Add chicken and Alfredo sauce to broth; simmer 5 min,til heated through. Remove from heat; stir in basil.
Serve w/Parmesan cheese.

You know what?I googled and came up with the same recipe that I thought we would like.How funny is that? .We both have the same tastes I see!
I made this tonight and oh my gosh to die for!!!Everyone must try this if you like alfredo sauce.I made homemade alfredo sauce for it instead of buying it.
