Potato and Broccoli Chowder

1 package au gratin potatoes
2 c milk
1/2 c corn
1/4 c chopped celery
2 cans chicken broth
1 (9oz)package frozen broccoli
1 1/2 c shredded swiss
Heat Potatoes, Sauce Mix and remaining ingredients except cheese to boiling,stirring occasionally (break up broccoli)
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatos are done
Stir in cheese. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, just until cheese is melted.
