Boiled dinner:

1 large Kielbasa ring, cut into 2 inch chunks
1 lg bag sourqrout
1 lg bag carrotts
8-10 potatoes cleaned and cut into large chunks ( I quarter mine)


In large stock pot, put keilbasa carrots and potatoes with enough water to cover, simmer all day over med heat. About an hour before serving add in your qrout.. I serve in bowls with a hard bread or roll.


Kielbasa foil packets for grill or fire,

spray foil with cooking spray

Cut Kielbasa up into bite size chunks, then top with qrout, juice and all. Fold your foil packet closed and grill for 15-20 min.. I don't turn or flip mine.
