***Turkey Soup***

1/2 onion,
1 medium carrot,sliced,
1 stalk of celery,chopped,
1 tablespoon oil,
2(14 1/2 ounces)chicken broth,
2 cups of water,
1 package of italian dressing mix,
2 cups cubed turkey(or can use chicken),
1/2 cup small pasta,uncooked,

~Saute onion,celery,carrots in oil.

~Add chicken broth,water & dressing mix.Bring to boil.

~Add turkey(or chicken) & pasta.Let simmer 10-20 minutes.

This is a Paradis Family favorite to use up Turkey after Thanksgiving.I double it up!
