1 lb ground beef, browned
1 med onion, chopped
1 15 oz. can tomato puree
1 can diced tomato ( I like the Rotel for a little kick)
1 can kidney beans
2 cans Mexicorn
1 can Mexicalli beans
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet ranch dressing mix
Mix all ingredients in a pot over medium heat. Don't drain your cans, if there is not enough liquid add a little water till it's the right consistancy. I've had some disparity in liquid amounts in cans and usually add between 1/2 and a full can of water.
