2 cans of Campbells Cheese Soup
1 - 14-16oz Kielbasa
1 - 8oz Shredded Chedder Cheese
4-6 Medium Potatoes
1/2 cup Milk (more or less depending on thickness of soup you want)

Cube potaotes into bite size pieces, and place in crockpot. Dice and add Kielbasa. Add soup, shredded cheese and milk. Salt and Pepper (if desired). Cook until potatoes are tender, cheese is melted through.

I don't really have specifics ~ I just kinda throw it into a pot and go. Sometime I will boil the potatoes (slightly first) if I am not going to crock pot it as long through out the day ~ you could also do it on the stove if you chose.

A friend of ours made his version one day for us, and I have just slightly improvised it to what our family likes. That's the great thing about it...it's a great starting point to make it whatever you want.

This is really great on a chilly fall, or cold winter day. It's the kind of meal that just warms you from within.

YUM!! I can't wait until it starts getting cooler and soup weather. This is going to be one of the first ones I make.
