I made this today for supper along with grilled ham sandwichs & all the girls loved it!! It was so easy to make, I followed the direction exactly but made a triple batch & it turned out perfect!!
Thank You for a great recipe!!

Thanks for posting this FANTASTIC recipe. I made it for supper tonight. My DH took one bite and said 'this soup is amazing.' .... and it was meatless at that as I left the bacon topping off. I will put this in my permanent recipe book and make it over and over!

I make this soup all the time. My kids love it. I do change it up a bit - I add celery and carrots to mine - I also add leftover ham when I have it.

Any last tips for making this??? I am making it this weekend for ds1 & ds3's b-day party. I did not ever get a chance to do a trial run on it. I do know that I will be tripling it for sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you!!!

WONDERFUL!!!
Everyone loved it. I thought dh was going to lick his bowl clean! I was able to save a little for the kids for lunch tomorrow, but I had to fight to get it. Yummy! Totally a keeper!
