1 1/2pd hamburger
1 (1.25)packet taco seasoning mix
1 10.75 can tomato soup
3 3/4 c water
1 c chopped onion
4 carrots, chopped
5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 15oz can pork and beans


Cook the ground beef.
Add the taco seasoning, soup, water, onions, carrots, potatoes, celery and beans and bring to a boil
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer about 30 min,til the veggies are tender.

You can really play with this...add 2 taco packets if ya want more spice and you can also swap the beans for corn or peas OR BOTH.
