No I did not spell the Bleu wrong
Chicken Cordong-Bleu Soup~
3 cups fresh spinach chopped,
1 can(18.5 ounce)ready to serve french onion soup,
2 cups shredded cooked chicken,
4 slices(3/4 inch thick)italian bread,
4 thin slices deli ham,
1 cup shredded swiss cheese.
position broiler rack so that the top of the soup bowls on pan will be 6 inches from heat.pre-heat broiler.combine spinach,soup and chicken,heat on stove top or microwave oven until hot.divide mixture among 4 oven proof bowls.place on baking pan.top each bowl with 1 slice bread,1 slice ham and 1/4 cup cheese.broil until cheese is melted and golden 3-5 minutes.if desired garnish with parsley and chopped tomatoes.
serves 4.
