I made this one twice in the last week! Yummy!

Cheesy Potato Soup


4 large cooking potatoes
3 cups of chicken broth
small onion
cream of celery soup
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese
dash of paprika
sprinkle or two of parsley

Boil the potatoes. While they are boiling sautee the onions in butter. (You could add celery if wanted)
Add can of celery soup and chicken broth to onions.
When potatoes are done mash them down add milk and butter. Pour onion mixture add a little paprika and parsley. Stir it up. Add the cheese and stir till it melts. Wa la!

My kids are not fans but both my parents and sister loved it!
