-Brown 1 1/2 lbs. beef stew (cut into cubes) with 2 tbsps. oil.
-When browned on all sides stir in 5 cups water, 5 tsp. beef bouillon or cubes, 1 can tomatoes with juice, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. oregano, thyme, paprika, 1 cup chopped onions and 1 cup chopped celery.
-Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
-Stir in 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots, 1 can green beans with juice and 1 can kidney beans with juice.
-Bring to a boil and simmer.
-Add 1 cup elbow macaroni.
-When serving sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
