What meds does your sn child take? Anything he/she take in the past that simply did not work?

She started out on Flouxitine, then for a short while Cetalopram and have now just started Sertraline (which is a generic of Zoloft). Her counselor was excited to hear that she is now on Sertraline. He said many of the people he counsels do very well on that med.So far it seems to be working well.

Right now ds takes Vyvanse for his ADHD. For bipolar he takes Risperadol, Depakote and Lamictal. Seems to be the right mix for him. He is in a great place right now and has lost no emotion or feelings like some of the meds can do to kids.

Bumping the Vyvanse dose up to 50 mg. He told me he heard the teachers talking, but not what they were saying, more or less like they were background noise in his daydreams! Time to help with the focus!!!
