Hi! I'm Mandy and I am one of your Special Needs moderators. As a resource teacher and an Educational Therapist, I work with learning disabled and gifted children and absolutely love it!!! I have been married to DH for almost 14 years. Whew! We are in the process of adopting our 1st child, a little girl from Ethiopia. We are also the proud, proud parents of 2 furry babies, Tasha and Oreo. (Some believe they are "dogs", but we know better.) I also enjoy reading, knitting, cooking, and working out. I am in the early stages of learning to sew and LOVE it!
