I just got on-line to post about the Hide & Eat Recipes article from my Parent & Child magazine when I saw the link posted above. My boys eat fairly well but I am going to try the Orange Puree recipe with the Mac & Cheese. Also the cauliflower in the mashed potatoes next time I make those. I'm going to look for the Sneaky Chef cookbook too.

From the time they were both little they have loved their fruits and veggies. When I make them mac & cheese I put in a small handful of frozen organic peas in and by the time their mac & cheese is cool enough to eat the peas have thawed.

I bought the new Juicy Juice Healthy Harvest last night for the kids and they really liked it, the grape/carrot juice. I tried a sip and it tasted like plain grape juice to me. It seems to have less sugar than regular no sugar added juices.

My ds wanted vitamins when we went to the store...my dh and I take them daily and he wanted to be like us. The problem was that he didn't like the taste. He licked it and said no. Luckily, he drinks chocolate milk every morning. I crush up the vitamin and mix it in when I mix the milk up. He drinks it right up!!!:happy dance:

I found this article about the different sneaky cookbooks interesting. But it gives us a better chance of sneaking healthy foods into our foods for our finicky kids!
