Both my youngeset two DDs love to just be outside. Sometimes we swing and slide, we go for walks, lay in the grass and look at the clouds, play with and sometimes eat chalk , sometimes we just sit in the lawn chair and watch the bugs, we dig in the dirt etc.. It just makes for a better day when we can spend it outside. For some reason it is calming to both of them outside most of the time. Sometimes I wonder if it's just the feeling of endless space. Winter's are hard because my youngest DD's hands hurt in the cold and my 2nd youngest is actually allergic to the cold (she welts up and gets really itchy). If we have to be inside they both love to jump and crash into things. Very dangerous sometimes.
