Tommy finlly got to go back a little after two. They started right around 3pm. It takes around 3 hours. He surgery is going to be very very soon. Unless they see something different in the cath , his oxygen saturatiion levels were between 69-44%!
Update #2 just came in. In order to get the pressures from the right side of Tommy's heart, he was put on paralytics and is now on a ventilator. This is only because his anatomy isn't typical. Depending on when the drugs wear off, he may be going instead to the PCICU, in which case, we may or may not move back to this floor. He is doing well. He has a hard time comeing out of anethesia, so I am very concerned at this point. I will give up the ability to update if it means he is well taken care of. I will still be able to stay bedside with him, just not in a private room on the step down floor.

Please continue to pray for Tommy and his family. I will post any other updates as I get them.
