Tommy will always hit his milestones late because he was a preemie and because of his medical issues. Every time he meets a new one, I just want to cry and cheer at the same time!
Yesterday, he turned 18 months old and he can finally sit on his own! He will sit and play for about an hour before he becomes so tired he needs to lay down. He can't get into position by himself yet, but we're working on it. This is a huge, huge deal. We've been working with a physical therapist and an occupational therapist for over a year now.
He's also been using his exersaucer a lot more lately and can jump and turn himself all directions while he is in it. He's so funny because he wraps himself up in his oxygen tubing spinning one direction, then has to go the other direction to unwind himself.
I have pics on my blog. Musings of a Heart Family
