On About.com, on a page about autism, an ad from a sponsor caught my eye:
"Free Grants for Autism
$10,000 in Free Grants for Autism Never Repay - Get Your Free Kit Now
Autism.FreeGrantKit.net"

ABA is expensive, as are other therapies, so I figured someone would be preying on us parents for whom $40,000 - $90,000 is a little out of our budget for therapies. So I decided to look into it.

Sure enough, it's a scam...the same scam as you see on those late night ads and infomercials. The government isn't just going to hand you money for this, just as you won't get it for your small business, in most cases.
