Default Will you ensure you kid's teachers are familiar with his/her IEP?

Will you be trying to set up a meeting with the teachers to briefly go over the IEP to ensure all read and understand it?

Will you do it as a group or individually?

My son only has one for speech, but I will be mentioning it at the open house to make sure he gets in as soon as school starts. We had issues last year and in preschool he did not get the help he needed.

I generally don't have to here. Our child study team has a meeting with the teacher and I just follow up. I was even informed today that DS will have a private aide this year, no questions about it.

I am so thrilled for you. Is your dh finally patting you on the back yet for working so hard and having it come together?
