What is your biggest struggle when it comes to sticking to a budget?

Our biggest struggle seems to be our inability to stick to an allotted amount for eating out. If we could get a handle on that, then we could do MUCH better on our budget.

candy and pizza. why do they have to be so convenient and craveable?

mine is DH himself...the man will not stick to a budget.

To overcome my impulse purchases for the children.

Burn the good candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion...Today IS special.

For me, it's 5 week months. We get paid once a month so the clothing, family fun money is fine. But grocery and gas money seems to get thin. We somehow always make it work!

We have stuck to this budget and cash only way of life for over 18 mos now and I wouldn't change it for anything.

giving in to take away food, and buying sweet stuff when I go in to go buy fresh fruit and veg or bread at the store

Mine is stocking up as well. It has been a while and the itch is there.
