Went to the mall and bought each of the kids one of those "premium" cookies at the cookie shop in the middle of the mall. Why should any cookie cost $1.50 PER cookie?!!
They were good, but they should have been made out of gold for that price.

I actually have been doing fairly well on being frugal lately. This week though, we went out to eat for my birthday (at an Italian resturant, spent $50 and had leftovers for lunch and supper!) and I bought Barnyard (on sale) for my girls for Christmas. Other than that- I only bought a few cleaning supplies. I almost got a LMax leapster for my youngest, but decided to wait until income tax return.

I ate a whole bag of dd's soy and dairy free chocolate chips. They are soooo good, but so expensive. I try to save them to cook with for her, but a few here, a few there...
down another bag. Rats (or should I say Fats...)

Mine was tonight, and I'm not sorry...lol

Dh and I usually go out to dinner before Christmas. We really don't have the money to blow so we decided not to. My mom unexpectedly took the boys overnight to make cookies so I thought I would do something nice for the two of us. I went out and bought a cheap bottle of Champane, a bag of shrimp, Friday's artichoke dip and crackers and jalapeno poppers and a movie. Our party was a short one, he had to go play, but it was a fun way to spend a few stolen hours.

We were very unorganized today ended up going out to dinner at Applebees and then decided to walk it off at Target and spent 100.00! They had lots of boys and mens clothing on clearance and I threw in a couple of shirts for myself. BAD BAD BAD!

Well, we didn't do as much damage as ChristyK, but my dh dropped almost $1000 on a home theatre system that he has been itching for for a year now! That's his Christmas and birthday gifts for years to come!

Spent $510 on a new pair of rimless glasses because I broke mine. Worst part is, I think the prescription is too strong and it is giving me eye pain. Ohh, I think I'll post about that....

Well, I bought pizza and wings last night and I know I shouldn't have. Ds asked me if we could earlier in the evening and I thought No, I will just cook something, and besides, I don't want to spend the money....but then the later it got, the more I talked myself into it. So we ordered a pizza and dd wanted boneless wings.

I knew I shouldn't have spent the money.. both the pizza and the wings were so disgustingly greasy and the wings were horrible!

That will teach me!
