I know it's not super frugal, but I have a thing for designer handbags. I obviously don't buy them too often, but when I want a new one, I'll look for it on QVC. If you catch it the day they're selling the specific brand you want, they'll usually offer a great flex-pay deal. You can get a designer bag for like $20 a month!

My frugal splurge is my Sunday night ritual, which dh has dubbed "pretty princess time". Sunday nights are when I take a longer shower and do a good job shaving my legs, not just the normal swipe that I make during the week! I also do a deep conditioner in my hair at this time, and afterwards is when I do my weekly manicure, and every other Sunday, my pedicure.

I pick up a new nail polish once a month, to make sure I always have something that makes me feel pretty!

It's great and I refuse to give it up!
I totally agree! When DH and I were trying to figure out how to cut costs he mentioned getting rid of the PVR - I FREAKED! Love my PVR

Peppermints. I have a Job Lot that carried a brand of sugar free peppermints for $1 a bag! I eat them all day long.

My piano lessons.
They cost me $20 a week, but it's something that I've wanted ever since I was a kid. I enjoy playing, even though I'm not great at it.

I like to get a chick flick from Redbox to watch after everyone has gone to bed. $1 a day- you can't beat that!

My favorite splurge is a cup of tea with my fave books/mags after a long day or a week. Doesn't seem too much, but I love some me time with my reading.

My frugal splurge when i need to unwind or get a break is to get out of the house and go for a walk at my mall. I just need to get out and "window" shop, make a return or purchase a gift for someone. I save all my mall store related coupons (in a zipper pouch) and try to find a good deal while I'm out (by MYSELF!). I started my Christmas shopping this way this summer! I usually get a Starbucks card from Mypoints or as gifts, so I'll treat myself to a Carmel Macchiato while I walk! : )

My favorite treat is a fountain Coke Zero once in awhile. I work to save a couple hundred of dollars a month using coupons so I figure $5 a month is an ok splurge!

My favorite monetary splurge is a Starbucks Havelnut/Carmel Frappacino. Its tastes so good, sort of like a Sugar Daddy! As they are $5 a piece, I only have about one a month. I just pick a really crappy day at work, and then run to Starbucks over my lunch break. Nothing perks me up like they do!
