Saturday I am taking the kids to a free movie. I have a bridal shower but I shopped frugally for and will get to hang out with ladies and eat delicious food. DH and I are going to celebrate our 4 year anniversary Saturday (it was last wednesday) we have a coupon for $7 off for our anniversary at a local restaurant. Sunday we go to church and then have some family time.

Tonight I'm going to a haunted house w/ a friend (i got free tickets) and another friend of mine is watching the kids (for free). Tomorrow my SIL is watching my girls while i work in the morning (for free) and then in the afternoon I do need to get some groceries & find a pair of leggings to finish dd#2 Halloween costume. Sunday is church & then i plan on staying home & making sugar cookies (&Freezing them) for Halloween treats for nieces/nephews & neighbor kids (instead of buying candy) & making dd#2 Halloween costume. Then when DH gets home from fire class (all weekend long) we're going to take the girls to pick out pumpkins from a local farmer (cheaper than buying at Walmart or Pumpkin farm). So overall, it's a pretty frugal weekend.

I am hoping to bring my kids to meet a moose on Sunday...we have a local farmer who has a moose that came on his property and stayed. It is now like a pet for him, though the state says it's illegal to have him (as far as I know the moose is not held captive and can leave at any time...but chooses not to). So the state wants to euthanize him...anyways, they are having a day to go and meet the moose. My kids will love it...neither have seen a live moose before.

Maybe. Tomorrow we have the boys last soccer game and have lots of family coming up for it. Not sure what we will do other than go for lunch afterwards. I really want to go to the big city an hr away but I dont really need to go. I have plenty of errands to do while I am there, all are cheap or free errands. But I dont HAVE to go. It would be my only time to go while dh is home and can watch all the kids. So it could either be fun and relaxing or I could find a friend to go with and it could be fun and crazy. Sunday the kids and I have a movie to go to from the kids movie series that the local movie theatre does. 6 movies for $7 per person. Ds1 won a gc for being the first place seller of popcorn in his pack. So he has $30 on it to buy his own treats so I just have to buy ds2 & ds3 a kid pack (small pop, small popcorn and fruit snacks for $3). They all also have a coupon for a free personal pan pizza from pizza hut so we may go use those for lunch. They can get the pizza and as long as i get to eat someone's crust than lunch will be free. Other than that, I have no clue what is going on for the weekend.
Hope everyone else has a fabulous weekend!!

YES!!! I am!

Taking my daughter to ballet and then we always go to lunch after. It is a late lunch, so we pick something light, quick and cheap. She will get to watch the town parade as we our driving to ballet. (Free entertainment!)

Sunday evening, we are going to a church Halloween carnival. They get to dress up in their costumes and play games. The church is providing a corn dog dinner and admission is only 1 bag of wrapped candy or trinkets. I used my $2 off coupon that I got from Mommysavers and all three kids are going to the carnival for a total of $5.00!!!

We also picked up pumpkins this week from the preschool. My daughter got 2/$1.00 and my son got 1/0.75! They are small pumpkins, but they got to pick them out and carry them to the car by themselves!

Kids are visiting their dad for the weekend...so Saturday I'm doing deep cleaning and decluttering the house. Later in the evening maybe a game of tennis as a double date with friends. Sunday, I have two photo shoot session. Clients will be coming over to my home studio. So actually this weekend will be a MM for me! Prepare a home cooked dinner for family time when the kids come home in the evening!

Himself and I are going to see the stage production of Rocky Horror. It may not be frugal, but this has been the week from hell, and we're going to cut loose.

Got to go find a white bra and slip...

Today took my daughter to dance in the rain.....ballet/tumble and then we had lunch at a chinese restaurant (6.00 for both of us - she is 4). then grocery shopping for the week....then was going to go to a YMCA Halloween party but they wanted $15.00 and it's still raining so instead got my daughter a $2.00 Clifford the Dog DVD at the grocery store on clearance and she is watching it...

Tomorrow will go the gym...(babysitting is free for two hours), then will go to Michael's crafts for a free craft event...they she will play outside with the kids in the neighborhood (free too!)

Halloween a free event in the morning in my town...then trick or treating (got her a 10.00 witch costume with hat on sale and with a coupon at the Children's Place)......then parents (her grandparents) will visit and bring in dinner....and Sunday will run errands (grocery shopping, gym again), and she will again play with kids in the neighborhood.....
