Some of our stores have started putting No Rainchecks on all of their sale items. Have they become a thing of the past. Even our Target has started doing it.

Yes, our stores still offer rainchecks, Unless the item says. Quantity limited, no rainchecks. Which is rarely.

Yes I think most of the stores here still offer them. I do know Walgreens and Winn Dixie do for sure. I have gotten them from there.

Food Lion and Publix are the only stores that I frequent where I mess with rainchecks. They are really good about them too.

As far as I know the stores here still do. I have seen instances where they say in the ad "Special Buy-only while supplies last" on some items and "limited quantities" on others. You can get around the limited qualities simply by placing your purchases in the car and returning to the store to pick-up more. I have done that at Winn-Dixie and they just smile and say "welcome back".

Our stores still offer them. At my brother-in-law's store, he will sometimes give me a comparable product for the sale price if they run out.

I used a raincheck at a local grocery store recently.

they still do where I live but I am sure they do only beacuse there are not many choices for stores in the area. Unless I want to drive. I did drive all the way to Kmart last week (1hr there) to find out that they didn't have what I called and asked for (they pulled the wrong thing) and then wouldn't give me a raincheck beacuse they were no longer going to carry it after the girl said oh we will get more we have had this item for at least 5 years.
