The dollar bins at Target! Between that and Dollar Tree, I don't spend much over $1 for anything in their stockings!

Target- Disney markers and notepads for my twins- Cars for him, and Princess for her. Holiday socks and hair bows for dd. Dollar Tree- Hulk die cast car for ds, sticker book w/ stickers for dd. Coloring books are always a great buy there.

I didn't buy these for stocking stuffers, but actually gifts for people on my list- glitter body lotion and lip balm in holiday scents/flavors. Candy flavored lip gloss. From Dollar Tree I got a really cute mini purse that looks like a skirt and a tinkebell comb/mirror set.

Batteries!

Santa will be stuffing our stocking with batteries for all the toys. My grocery store, Shop Rite, has A BIN OF .99 RAVOVAC batteries. An 8 pack of AA batteries for .99 even though ravovac aren't the best batteries...we go through batteries so fast with the amount of toys that need them.

Board books for toddlers are NOT cheap when purchased new. However, if you go to your thrift stores and/or yard sales you can find them for 1.00 or less. Go through them closely and make sure they're in good condition. Usually a nice swipe with a clean cloth is all they need in order to look brand new again, for a mere fraction of the cost

If your girls like American Girl doll items go to Michaels in their doll section. They offer shoes and purses that will fit an 18 inch doll. Use the 40% off coupon to save even more money. Somtimes the items are on clearance and you will only spend a few dollars.

Go to a Scholastic Book Sale at your child's school. You can pick up a book for $3.99 or cheaper. We put up the book sale last week and the company sent lots of discounted books for as little as $2.00. You can also get cute eraser for less than $1.00.
