To help you get ready for your financial resolutions for 2007.

Today I am going to straighten up my desk area, flylady folder and purse for 15 minutes at a time. I'm going to pitch and toss what I no longer need. Then after that I am going to start a price book with five items from my last shopping reciept.

I am sitting on my rear end.... waiting for the coffee to kick in!!

Then, I'll be menu-planning to get my grocery bill under control. Also, I've been getting my "control journal" back in business. I am working on switching out my calendars (transferring all birthdays etc....) Dh spent some money yesterday, so I need to write that on my "daily spending log".. must keep accountable!!

I did a 27 fling boogie yesterday, and another one the day before (it's not really financial, but it's decluttering, which somehow ties in to my whole 2007 resolutions.... )

I have a couple of returns to make, which will return about $60 to our wallet!

I also am decluttering (life gets more simplier with everything decluttered!) and keeping track of what I spent towards next years Christmas!

I'm noticing a pattern here! A little cleaning and clearing out can really help us focus on whats important.

I got my desk done yesterday. Also, I put all of my office stuff in the closet on a shelf. It wasn't much but at least it is not on my desk. The only thing on my desk is my Flylady folder. Now I should be able to keep my desk tidy.

Also I organized an old coupon binder I had to include price book pages, inventory pages and a section for menu planning and recipes. I'm really happy with the way it turned out and it will be really nice to have all those things in one spot.

Good luck with all your Goals next year!
