Please don't make me say how much I've spent today!!

I spent $69 at Target on 90% off stuff. But in my defense I bought air fresheners and gifts for the girls in the family, and only bought a few (less than 5) things that were Christmas. Everthing else was stuff I would probably had to have bought this year and now I won't have to. I'm giving everyone gift baskets for presents all year so I'm pretty much set except for stuff for dh. So it wasn't really too bad.

I still have to get gas so add another $25

Oh boy- I spent a quite a bit of money today- at Kohls and Target.
$9.96 at Kohl's- got 3 candles for my mil,and 2 sil's for Christmas this coming year (and they are done!- We usually do a grab bag- but we don't have the $ for it this year!). Oh I used my gift card and still have $ left on it!

$79.28 at Target- Yikes! I got Tide and Downey (BIg sizes with a coupons), garbage bags, windex (sorry- I love the smell of the Lime stuff), dish detergent (2- used coupons)- I got a few stocking stuffers for my girls and Chirstmas and Birthday presents for my niece and my oldest- I also got my youngest a new winter jacket for next year. Actually, I did use one of my $20 gift cards on it- so I only spent $59.28.

Can't complain though- I am done with 5 people for Christmas next year!

Today went pretty well. I started by returning a TMX Elmo that I bought DS and he really wouldn't get much pleasure out of at his age. I also returned a sleeper that was the wrong size, and brought my receipt in for a tote that I bought last week, and was not on sale. So...started off with a credit of just under $75.00

Then I shopped:
4 rolls of wrap for 2.24
yogurt x 2, jet dry, cream, salad dressing, pasta, tarter sauce...used $1.50 in coupns so came out to be about 6.71
Then hubby went to the video store and spent just under $35.00! I almost fainted but as he said, that is our weekend entertainment, and I always keep in mind that he doesn't ask for much.

So at the end of the day we are up $19.60 even after the purchases!

I spent $30 at Petco for dog food
$10 at Ross for two M&D puzzles we don't really need
$100 at target but it was all gift cards so does that count! ?

I've done well! so far anyway. LOL

The only extra money came out to pay for dh's sub to sirius radio and that was almost $90! The only other extra money I spent was getting some bins from Walmart to store some new toys. That cost me 10.26.

The good news is I didn't need alot for groceries this week (things are REALLY TIGHT since I paid for dh's radio) so I only ended up spending 9.40 after all my coupons and discounts.
