We have our phone and DSL through Cavalier but not the cable (it's not available in our area yet). For the most part I have no complaints. We recently had a problem with buzzing on our phone line that it took them the better part of two weeks and 8-10 service calls by both Verizon and Cavalier techs to fix, but I think that was due to the fact that they rent the phone lines from Verizon so they have to figure out whose problem it is before it can be fixed. Mostly it was a pain in the butt because they each tried to blame the other for the problem and nothing anyone did seemed to fix it. In the end it was Cavalier's problem and it would have been fixed sooner had they listened to the information I passed on to them from Verizon instead of waiting for the Verizon guys to include it in their report.
With all that being said, I am still a Cavalier customer because I still like them, I like the cheaper service, and I'm not a really big fan of Verizon.
