Homemade Playdough

2 cups flour

1 cup salt

2 tablespoons cream of tarter

2 cups of water

1 tablespoons mineral oil

food coloring

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until stiff.
Allow to cool, then knead.
