Four friends and I swap meals. During the week we each double 2 to 3 main courses we have make for our family. We serve one and freeze and label the other. We all get together at the end of the week and swap. It is often less expensive to double a recipe then buying the ingredients for one serving. We also spend less time in the kitchen requiring less time and electricity. When I don’t have the time or energy to cook I just pop in a frozen meal instead of stopping off for pizza.

It doesn't require that much extra time and I have at least 2 meals out of the way.

I've always wanted to do this, it sounds like such a great way to free up the evening.
