Ok, so these take an initial investment, but they really save alot in the long run. My favorite are my Kenmore Elite HE washer & Dryer! I only buy Tide about 2x's a year!! They not only save on the elcetric bill, but they also save on the detergent side.

My next favorite is a tankless hot water heater. You only heat the hot water you use and you never run out! We had one of these in our old house and I sure do miss it now. The gas ones are cheaper and easier to find than electric, but either one is worth it. Also, with this appliance you can get a $500 tax break from the IRS!!!
