Don't throw away those old calendars! Pick your favorites and frame them! Calendars are usually colorful, wonderfully printed photos or art -- inexpensive to begin with, but even more valuable the second time around. I had a beautiful calendar of vintage artwork that I loved and I hated to toss it. So when December came to a close, I simply cut out a couple pages and framed them for my daughter's room. I just cut them to fit a standard 8 x 10 frame. Gave my 12-month calendar a second life and saved me a bundle on artwork!
