Hello, im new Im from Alberta. We have 2 small boys under 4. I have read somewere before here about Menus, and planning one. There were some websites listed, but for the darn of me I can not find them anymore. Can someone help.

Also Im looking for Canadian Cupon/Free websites to go to in order to save money and become more frugal.

Any help would be appreciated.

You may have already thought of this, but one of my favorite web sites is bettycrocker.com. It gives recipes of the day, you can have them sent to your e-mail, too. It gives all kinds of ideas for other recipes and meals. It even gives you coupons you can print. What more could you ask for when trying to save money? I like the cookbooks, too.
One of my favorites is making your own bread crumbs instead of buying them in the store. I don't know how much money I've saved over the years of making my bread crumbs from scratch. I've even made barbecue sauce, salad dressing, and cake frosting from this cookbook, plus many more. All great money saving recipes.

What I was more looking for was the Excel Menu List people have created. With like a months worth of menu's and what groceries that you needed.

This one is great and is updated nearly everyday, many time more than once a day, with new sales. http://smartcanucks.ca/

This is my favourite (Canadian spelling just for you) for coupons. http://www.save.ca/en/ProductsFsi36.php You can order up to 20 at a time for free. Mine came in the mail within the week!

Welcome.
