Never hesitate to report poor quality or bad experiences to companies - just remember to be nice! If you are not a confrontational person, report the problem via their website. I have received free diapers for reporting diapers that did not have adhesive on their tabs, free outfits for reporting snaps that pulled apart (they replaced them 2 for 1 in the season and size of my choice), a gift card for reporting being overcharged on clearance items at a discount store, replacement toys for ones that broke easily, replacement parts and coupons for missing pieces, etc. I have never been hateful, just honest and tactful. I always approach it as "I just wanted you to know so the problem could be corrected in the future . . . "
