I am also from Canada. I've had two really good things work for me. One is I call the 1-800 on the back of the packages of the things I buy, tell them what I love about their product and ask if they have coupons. Some even have a mailing list where they can put you on and send you coupons every few months. I get really good couples this way, (some are coupons for free things, some are for $2 off or $4 but they are often substantial.)

The other thing I do is fill out surveys when they come in the mail. I get one mailing lists this way and get really good coupons right from the company, (a lot of $2- $4 off coupons here too.)

And try signing up for a coupon train. If we get enough, we may be able to start our own train.

I was just on MSN Money, MP Dunleavy I had a link to other frugal sites, one which had a Canadian Link.

Lot's of electronics coupons and grocery stores that are not situated where I am, but possibly some of the names are familiar to anyone else from Canada.

Now about 6 weeks ago I was checking out from my local Superstore , the cashier asked if I had internet access, (I was complaining that it had been a week where I kept forgettting groceries and having to run in for $25.00 worth every morning).
She showed me the bottom of my receipt and said "Go online and print the coupon up and bring it back," it was for a package of President's choice chocolate chip cookies.

Not only did I print up the coupon, I printed one up for all of the other receipts that I had spent @25.00 on for that week and went to customer service, they gave me all the packages(maybe 4) and asked that I remember to bring the coupon next time when I came through with my purchases. Although they were not crazy about honoring the coupons they have really been trying to give better customer service so they did it.So, now I go online every week, it changes Saturday mornings and print a bunch off, if I see a frugal friend at the store I give them one. I will even bring a calculator and separate my order . So, I am getting a couple of free items. I did this yesterday when I hit one of there massive markdowns in clothes and some markdowns in the bargain bins.

I remember doing this about a year ago and then they stopped having online coupons.

They have had $25,00 coupon weeks (cookies, cranberry juice PC 1.89 liter, PC Ketchup), $35.00 weeks (Frozen PC Indian Butter Chicken)and $50.00 weeks(large canister of PC Canadian coffee). This week $25.00 it's PC white corn and black bean salsa.

Hope this helps!

I am in Canada and I shop there ALL THE TIME. However, I can not find anything on the site about coupons. Where should I be looking?
TIA

when you go to www.superstore.ca it takes about a minute to load up the coupon,( it's right in the center of the screen). You do need to register an e-mail address and a password. They just used the one I use for PC banking/mastercard.

I'm going out now , but will check later to see if you were able to access the site .

Okay try this link.

When I went through my internet server it brings this one up which it says is also for B.C. Eastern Canada etc. (See below, I copied it from my from my server, comes up with the link above)

Welcome to Canada's Superstore
Select your province or territory Yukon British Columbia Alberta Saskatchewan Manitoba Ontario (Thunder Bay only) Ontario (excluding Thunder Bay) New Brunswick Nova Scotia PEI Newfoundland and ...

I went to the links that were also mentioned, they appeared to be the ones some of you were getting. They were the same links I was getting before(i.e., no coupon about a year ago), but this one (and I hope you can access it) has the coupon.

Okay,so what I'm thinking is at sometime I signed up for their e-letter.
Because the link I gave above is the first one I now access on my computer and Ido have to enter a password and e-mail address.

In the link below that I found they do say if you sign up for their e-letter you will be able to access on-line deals.
The downside I guess privacy wise is that in order for me to access the copons I had to plug in my e-mail address.
The link below is for Ontario, their is also one for for Atlantic Canada.

Let's see if any of this helps.

I would also contact them and ask if there are similar coupons for Ontario and Eastern Canada as to what there is in the west.

I just emailed them and asked other locations (ex. Ontario) can benefit from the coupons. I'll let you know if I get a response!
