Use leftover juice from canned fruit in place of water in Jello, cake mixes, etc.

It's only minor savings, but it adds flavor and some nutritional value. I always keep the leftover fruit juice from cans of pineapple, peaches, mixed fruit, etc. I use it in place of water when I make Jello, certain kinds of cakes, and in various other fruity type recipes. I think it mostly helps me keep a frugal mindset and keeps me from feeling wasteful by pouring it down the drain! But, it saves a few cents, too!
