Our local Home Depot offers kids' workshops where kids can make a project free of charge! Not only are they learning new skills, but they get to bring home a great item (birdhouse, picture frame, etc). These can be great gifts from the kids. Bass Pro Shops also offers cool kids programs realated to outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, hunting safety, etc. Our local craft store offers scrapbooking classes for the kids with complementary supplies. Fun, free, family activities!
