I'm wierd I guess because I will use them several times. LOL I will just keep adding hot water to my tea when it cools off, so its essetially the same tea, just water added to it. I'll do this maybe 2 or 3 times till I just don't want it anymore, then I'll chuck it. I never actually drink a FULL cup of tea or coffee. LOL I end up adding to it and reheating it all day long.

My grandma saves her tea bags and reuses them. We kind of pick on her (mostly just in fun), but in this case I can see that it would be a good idea if you are having another cup of tea right away. I don't think I could stand having one just laying around looking yucky otherwise. My grandma is so frugal, she once put a buttered piece of toast back into the bread bag with the other bread (at our house). That was a pretty yucky thing to find when we were getting the next piece of bread out.

Tea grows bacteria in only a few hours so Im to scared to use the same bag more than once unless its going to be with an hour or two.

Since I don't make single cups I can't really give an opinion there. But I make a pitcher of tea at once and I only use my tea bags once. Usually a pitcher will last a day maybe two and I agree with tea getting bitter after a while.

I decided to try it this morning. I did get a second cup out of it. It was weaker but not bad at all, I didn't add milk to the second cup. I don't think I could make a whole pitcher out of one, it would just be too weak. But I think I will continue using one bag twice for my morning tea.

I have never thought of reusing them either. I think I will stick to only using them once b/c I like the strong tea flavor.

I voted for using a tea bag only once. I thought the flavor would get weak if you tried to reuse it.

Gotta say that I've never reused my tea bag, but think I will try. Good idea though to brew an entire pot, and then warm up later. At least you would get the most mileage you could!
