Yesterday, I got some GREAT deals at our local grocery store. They had Chicken Helper and Hamburger Helper on sale for $1. Great deal, right? We usually get the store brand, but when the name brand is cheaper, we're all for it! But it gets better. . .we had COUPONS! I used 3 coupons and got 5 boxes of Hamburger Helper and 3 boxes of Chicken Helper - for $5.25!! Those are such cheap meals for us - because we pair them with either ground turkey or hamburger which we've gotten on sale!

Then. . .we are bringing the soda to the Super Bowl party today, so I headed off to Pamida to buy the soda. I still had a balance on our Pamida card (which I bartered another Mommysaver for - trading another gift card that we wouldn't use), and they had Pepsi 2-liters on sale - so I got 6 2-liters that cost me. . NOTHING! (well, except the balance on the card)

I love shopping days like that!

Fantastic! It seems in the US you have much better coupons than in Canada. I always keep my eyes open for them but don't get the volume that the US Mommy's do.
