I have heard about her for a long time, but I never really looked at her site, holy cow!! I've found recipes for stuff I had no idea I could make at home. Ricotta Cheese!! I sounds really easy. Sweetened Condensed Milk (super easy). I printed off probably 30 different things to try.

Oooh I love this site. I stumbeled across it not too long ago. It have some great stuff. And you've got to love the name of the site!

I found this site a couple months ago because of a post on mommysavers. I love Hillbilly Housewife. She's got some really good ideas. I plan on making one of her bread recipes this week. Great website!!
