I was just going to suggest the same thing! We have more than got our money's worth out of it! You also can get discounts at certain stores and can do vacation planning.

I don't know if this would help you but we use a Mac too and there is a program called Virtual PC that lets you run Windows based software on your computer.... it might be worth checking out!

Kathryn- My husband would say "good for you! "--- he is a total mac snob!

Yes - it's my theory that stuff like that happens in threes (just like bad luck). Are you going to work for Young America? Just curious. JulieinMn works for them too.

Yeah, I am working for Young America. I have done it before. I quit last July when they started phasing out the checking jobs (no computer required!) I was already working 2 other jobs at the time. Right now, I just need something really flexible to work around my kids' schedules so it seems to be the best choice right now.

Have you checked into getting "towing" added to your car insurance? Where I live it costs about $24 a year!!!! I figure that if I need to be towed once ($55), it has more than paid for itself (you can also use them for changing tires, and maybe even getting your keys out of your locked car)....the ONLY down side is that I have to pay for the tow truck on the spot and then bring the paid receipt to the insurance office to be reimbursed.
