so yesterday started off innocent enough... i was going to go get groceries, and get my taxes done on a cash back (virtually free cause i was a student last year)... well the hits just kept on coming!

i got 112$ back... yippee... i was going to save it for a rainy day, but then i thought about things i needed... new spring clothes, new runners, shoes for the wedding etc.

so i went to penningtons, a plus size store in canada... they were having a 70% off sale on some of their stuff... jeans, dress pants, nice blouses etc for 10 bucks. well it turns out it was also scratch and save day! i scratched 10% off, which i thought was ok, but the manager did not think that was enough, so she gave me a card someone else had scratched earlier in the day for 50% off! holy hannah. i was blindsided! i could not belive i could get a bunch of brand new, high quality clothes for 5 bucks each!

so here is what i got:

jeans (a tad big, but hey, the price was right): $5
tweed dress pants with a heavy cuff: $5
work out pants: $17 (reLLLLY needed these)
6 pairs of the best panties ever: $13
sweater for MIL's xmas present: $5
2 shirts for SIL's xmas present: $5
dress blouse for MIL's mother's day present: $5
wedding night lingerie (burguny lace bra and panty set, regularly almost 100 bucks) $11

so... i thought things were going awesome... great great deals. i had 35$ let of my return to get some runners... and i found a decent pair at sportcheck for $33. now, i am proud of myself!

you all are definitely rubbing off on me lol... i did go a bit over cause i got some cute ballerina flats with satin ribbon bows for my wedding, and they were also $33, but i have been looking for them forever! so, i am set for the spring pretty much, just need a couple pairs of shorts!
