I painted the front door with paint that was just going to waist in the garage.
I ripped out some yucky plants and transplanted the good one to a better spot, now I dont have to water the front flower bed anymore.
I made winndixie honor a price that was on the shelf and wasnt good anymore. Becuase of that I saved 4$

Those all sound yummy. I'm hungry just reading them. Do you the recipe for the pizza pockets? I'd love to make those at home.

I didn't really have a recipe but this is what I did;

I already had the pizza crust mix that comes in a bag makes one crust, so I mixed that up and divided it into 5 small balls and rolled them out and filled oneside of them with sauce cheese and pepperoni( I would have used other in grdients but this was a test batch for my picky eater. Then I folded them oever and put them on a cookie sheet and baed them until golden brown and then I let them cool for about 30 min. on a wire rack and put them in plastic freezer bags and frooze them. When he came home from school I took one out and put it in the microwave and heated it for 1min 30 sec and he loved them!

I plan to make my own crust next time and I will also use a sauce recipe someone posted for me today. For the ones I made today I just used pasta sauce I had left over from the Lasagna I made for dinner.

The pizza pockets sound very delicious. I can't wait to try them!

I am trying to do something frugal everyday, too. You all continue to inspire me.

The frugal thing I did today was to try the recipe for basic muffins from the HillbillyHousewife website. I had a leftover banana that was getting brown, so I had the kids mash that up and add that into the batter. They tasted delicious and they were even a hit with the neighbor kids (who usually eat prepackaged chips as a snack)!
