Good job!!!! Takes alot work and planning but it's worth it!

Missystuy...
I cook for a living too....I usually manage restaurants and also am a personal chef plus I am starting my own baking company. My problem is that I love to cook....but the budget doesn't allow me to prepare all the exotic dishes we love to eat. Fortunately, baking at home is fairly inexpensive so I can get my creative juices going in that department. What's funny is that my clients go crazy for all the homestyle dinners us frugal chefs normally eat.....meatloaf and onion gravy, mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes etc. I guess less is more!!
