Oh gosh yes. I still have tremendous buyer's remorse over our kitchen table! When I see tables at yard sales which are the same as our old table, I always say, "Oh! Look! It's our old kitchen table!" And I linger at the table feeling the remorse.

Funny thing is, I had bought the former table AT a garage sale for $20! I loved that table and it could really take a beating and always looked great!!!! Our new table looks pretty and is sort of "trendy", but the finish is already coming off (it's only 8 months old) and you can just tell it will not hold up. What a waste! But it "looks" good... (((kicking myself)))

We also have remorse over the entertainment center and dining room table. And our whole house!

At least we are smart enough to NOT buy a new bedroom set. Problem is it is a Queen bed frame and we are dying for a King.... but do not want to suffer through the buyers remorse so we just keep the old set.

I never buy anything for myself and when I do I get buyers remorse. I also get it on the big ticket items like my car. I have had my car for 5 years and it is paid off and I still remember the buyers remorese so I will be keeping it as long as I can!

My buyers remorse is the grocery shopping, I'd go to the supermarket with a short list and come out with a trolley full. Even loading it into the car I'd be cross with myself for the money I'd just spent. I don't buy junk food stuff, it's all stuff we need, but don't need straight away. I'd just see it on special and grab it.

I've become aware of this the last couple of weeks and am proud to say I've stuck to my list except one or two things, so that's a big improvement. I've also noticed I do this when I'm hungry, I seem to add more than I need. I'm working on that too, making sure I have breakfast before I do the shopping.

I can't believe I did it!!!!! Yesterday a group of us ladies went to a chocolate factory outlet. I made 3 mistakes yesterday....1. I'm a chocolate lover! 2. chocolate and Weight Watchers don't mix. #3. I spent too much money!!! It was like something came over me. I put every shape, color and size bunny in my basket. I feel so guily because I was so good the first part of the month, watching every penny. A word of wisdom... Bunnies do multiply by the time you get to the check out!!!!

Thankfully as I've really cut back on my spending/shopping I don't really get this anymore. Its usually with smaller items though.

For me to buy a big ticket item, it is something I thought about and researched some. So those aren't impulse buys so I don't regret them.

I get buyers remorse on small purchases. I tend to over buy for my kids & not buy for me really. I have a weakness for purses & shoes for myself, but I refuse to spend a lot of money on them, but everytime I buy something like this for myself I feel guilty. The most I ever spent on shoes for me was for a pair of Nike Shocks to work out in & I did not feel good about it even though I had dh's approval! I also have a weakness for books & magazines!!

Definately get it with bigger items as they arent easily returned such as a pair of pants or other small items.
When shopping I just stay out of the places I dont need to go, like at walmart. If Im going there to buy some groceries, I stay out of the other sections that dont apply.

But a few small treats here and there are always nice.

Mine is usually over the little things- they add up soo much! The extra groceries and cute shirt so on. I need to return a few things that I have buyers remorse from.

Anyways, I am going to try to set a goal of not going to any "box" stores for the next month (just the grocery store and maybe Goodwill for some summer clothes) in order to save some money and so on.
