I just hung my first load on the line today!! I'm so proud of myself. I heard that you should put underwear in the dryer though because that's the only way to kill bacteria on them. I also want to keep drying my dish towels, bath towels and bedsheets. I have this crazy fear that there will be bugs all in them when I bring them in and they'll get me in my sleep. EEEWW, I hate bugs. A bee just landed in my hair when I was hanging out the clothes and then tried to chase me inside. My heart is still pounding.
Anyway... I hand wash my dishes now but I can't wait to get a dishwasher. I always had one growing up and my job was to load and unload it. I fought it all the time. Now I would give anything to have that job again...
Also, the toilet thing. Have you ever heard that "if it's yellow let it mellow" saying? Well I try to do that since I go so much and I'm the only one here all day. If my husband comes home he gets mad and says that's disgusting. Oh well, I'm saving him money.
