OK Ladies!! Last week my total in my change jar was $23.84 however after only one week saving my change and my $1's I'm already up to $71.29 ($26 of one dollar bills)

IF YOU STICK TO IT...IT WILL WORK (OR AT LEAST IT IS FOR ME)
THANKS FOR THE GREAT IDEAS!!!! I'LL POST AGAIN NEXT WEEK TO LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW ITS GOING.

That's several YEARS of change. We just are not a cash household, so don't have much change come into our lifes.

Anyone else like this?
We are the same way. We have a reward debit card so practically everything we spend goes on this card. Very rarely do I get change- I've got about $16 though - so its at least soemthing!

You all just motivated me to start my change jar challenge! We've always had a jar for change but we would regularly tap into to buy little things like coffee or sodas at work. But I counted what he have last night and it's $41.20! I'm excited to keep it going and not touch it anymore! We too do not use much cash at all, tends to burn a hole in our pockets! But I think we might have to start using cash more than debit. I like the envelope idea!!

Welcome to the challenge. Its really a great way to save up a little extra. And you can always be saving for whatever you want. Some ladies save for bills, vacation, holidays, just about anything.
