Just had to post this here cause I was so excited! Last week I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with my cable/internet company and got our bill dropped from $198 a month to $146 For more services that I got before! Yay I'm happy.

I did the same thing a few weeks ago...I called the cable company to complain about increasing rates and my bill went from $112 to $72!!!

way to go! Don't you just love super easy ways to save money?

I've been trying to figure out a way to do this. I cringe at our cable/internet bill! They have packages but I can't get all the services in my area.

I tried to do that but the cable company wouldn't budge. They blamed the higher rates on the stations charging them more. I even threatened to switch to satellite........they still didn't care.
