Thanks so much for all of your advice. I'm starting to feel better today. I took a lot of your advice. I got some sun (lots today), got some exercise, and got back into my Flylady routines. It all helped to restore some order.

It's not a depression - more of a funk. I just got angry when I told dh last week that I was going to join a weight loss support group and he wasn't exactly enthusiastic about it. I got offended at his lack of support and because of the support group, I couldn't eat eat away my frustrations so I started craving shopping instead. I resisted though. I still want to paint the walls and replace the floors but that can wait until we've saved up enough to pay cash for it.
