I will stockpile just about anything that i can get for free or super cheap that I know we will use before it expires. Our church supports a food pantry and women's shelter so I stockpile things on their wish lists as well.

My biggies are:

pasta
toothpaste/toothbrushes
any paper products
feminine products
canned veggies/soups
shampoo
soaps
school supplies
peanut butter
frozen veggies
chicken

I try and stock pile on items like toilet paper and paper towels. Also on shampoo/conditioner, bar soap and toothpaste. I do try and stock up on canned or boxed food items. Which reminds me I am low canned veggies. Other things it just depends on what it is and if it is on sale. I try to stock pile things like capri suns, but the kids can go thru those so fast in the summer, it is hard to keep up. I am going to sam's club next week and I am going to buy some items in large containers that we use a lot of; BBQ sauce, vegetable oil, and other things along that line. I know it will save me money in the long run since I wont constantly be running to the store for those items.

Cereal
Toothepaste
Toothbrushes
Deoderant
Pasta sauce,
Pasta,
peanut butter
jelly
snacks for kids

Yah pretty much whatever I can grab on sale with my coupons! At one time i had over 20 boxes of cereal and 16 jars of pasta sauce. LOL

In my freezer I usually have Keilbasas, turkeys, Spiral ham, hamburger, chicken, pork, ready made foods, french fries, ice cream, and a few other things. I grab the meats while they are on sale too, and buy as much as I can. I got that ham for 99cents a pound! Turkeys are always pretty cheap, Walmart has them for 69 cents/lb right now.

Anything I can get cheap. I usually only shop for meat once every 2 or three months. I hit sams and then use the foodsaver. When I find a sale on stuff I use I stock up unless its junk food (trying to lose weight).

I grew up with stockpiling. When my brother and I came home from college we always said we were going shopping. My mom would ask where and we went downstairs to the "grocery store" (aka the pantry closet).

So I stockpile when it is on sale and coupons .....
Canned Items - veggies, beans, tomatoes, fruit
Paper Goods - TP, Paper Towels, Tissues
Laundry Detergent (especially since we have a HE machine and that stuff never goes on sale)
Dishwashing detergent
Dishwasher detergent
Personal Items - Toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo etc
Condiments - BBQ Sauce, Ketchup, Mustard, Hot Sauce

We have an extra top freezer fridge and deep freeze so that allows me to stockpile cheese, milk, bread, butter, yogurt, ground beef, steak, pork, chicken etc.

I have all of this in a big closet in the basement. Some weeks I just need to go out and get fresh fruit/veggies and other weeks I spens a little bit more. However, I always need to remember that certain things we have plenty of like rice, toothpaste and soap.
